Ranson & Kane, P.C. was formed in 2002 by Richard P. Ranson and Jason P. Kane. While Richard P. Ranson has retired, Jason P. Kane continues to provide legal representation to clients throughout the state of Colorado. The firm is conveniently located near the Woodmen Exit off of I-25 in Colorado Springs, CO. Since being licensed to practice law in Colorado in 2002, Jason P. Kane has litigated cases as well as performed transactional work for clients. Having practiced law for over 16 years, Mr. Kane will not turn your matter over to an inexperienced associate attorney and has litigated against other firms both large and small.


Jason P. Kane provides legal representation for individuals and/or entities involved in litigation. Litigation generally refers to parties in a dispute that may result in a Judge or Jury deciding who should prevail after a trial. While many cases settle prior to trial, Jason P. Kane does not hesitate to go to trial if the case requires such an outcome. Jason P. Kane has tried cases before a judge, jury, and private arbitrator as well as litigated at the appellate level.
